Журналист сообщил о деталях масштабных обысков в «АЛЛО» и о новой схеме с электронными деньгами GlobalMoney (Видео)

Известный журналист Евгений Плинский опубликовал на своем Youtube-канале видео, в котором детально объясняет, как сеть «АЛЛО» уходила от налогообложения с помощью электронных денег платежной системы GlobalMoney. Журналист также опубликовал информацию о трех уголовных делах касательно сети «АЛЛО», которые касаются уклонения от уплаты налогов, а также обратил внимание на участие в этом платежной системы GlobalMoney (ООО «ГлобалМани»). Формально это происходит так: клиент пополняет электронный кошелек GlobalMoney (такая возможность есть в магазине «АЛЛО») и покупает за эти деньги товар. Факт оплаты подтверждают чек и квитанция GlobalMoney, в котором указано, что сумма будет зачислена на счет мерчанта. Однако сам клиент об этом не подозревает, а государство теряет миллиарды гривен на НДС, поскольку электронные деньги таким налогом не облагаются.

Также стало известно, что после последних публикаций в СМИ, журналисты пытались связаться с руководителем GlobalMoney Алексеем Свиридом, но он от общения с ними отказался, как и руководство сети «АЛЛО». Журналисты ожидают от руководства ГФС и правоохранительных органов доведения до справедливого конца и наказания участников этой схемы: сети «АЛЛО», GlobalMoney и других компаний, задействованных в схеме. Вчера стало известно, что правление АПИТУ (Ассоциация предприятий информационных технологий Украины) попросило покинуть эту ассоциацию компании, связанные брендом «АЛЛО» (сеть магазинов «АЛЛО») из-за скандала и публикаций о том, что эта сеть ввозит и реализует товары с использованием ФОПов и уклонении от уплаты налогов через платежную систему «ГлобалМани» (GlobalMoney).
