Водій української компанії на замовлення цілого ряду київських фірм займався імпортом вантажу. У пункті пропуску «Ягодин» він подав супровідні документи загалом за 14-ма деклараціями на товари дрібної розфасовки, які вщент заповнили сідловий тягач «Scania». Про це повідомили у прес-службі Державної фіскальної служби України.

Як повідомляється, під час митного огляду, крім офіційно заявленого товару, інспектори управління протидії митним правопорушенням також виявили 86 кг «зайвого» зволожуючого дитячого лосьйону для тіла у кількості 1260 шт по 50 мл кожна.

«Водій визнав, що цей товар належить йому особисто, а письмової декларації він не заповнював, сподіваючись, що у загальній масі товару знайти зайвих 10 картонних коробок буде дуже складно», — розповіли у прес-службі відомства.

Партію лосьйону вартістю 196 560 грн. вилучено до прийняття судом рішення про притягнення громадянина до адміністративної відповідальності. Санкція статті 472 Митного Кодексу України передбачає його конфіскацію. А крім того – штраф, у розмірі 100 відсотків вартості «зайвого» вантажу, тобто майже 200 тисяч гривень.
