У Тернополі правоохоронці затримали на хабарі співробітників ДФС

Правоохоронці затримали 2 посадовців Державної фіскальної служби за підозрою в отриманні 400 тис. гривень хабаря в Тернополі. Про це йдеться в повідомленні департаменту захисту економіки Національної поліції, передає «Слово і діло».

Правоохоронці провели ряд процесуальних заходів для встановлення посадової особи, яка за «винагороду» допомагала вирішувати питання про зменшення розміру офіційних штрафних санкцій.

Поліцейські з’ясували, що під час планової виїзної документальної перевірки працівники Фіскальної служби виявили численні порушення, за які правопорушник повинен сплатити до бюджету понад 1 млн гривень.

Так, керівник одного з відділень Кременецької об’єднаної державної податкової інспекції ДФС у Тернопільській області за 400 тис. гривень неправомірної вигоди погодився вирішити дане питання.

У понеділок в одному з тернопільських ресторанів чиновник був затриманий, у нього вилучили отримані в якості хабара гроші.

Крім того, був затриманий і державний ревізор-інспектор Головного управління ДФС у Тернопільській області, який «забув» внести в акт перевірки деякі порушення.

У рамках провадження, відкритого за ч. 3 ст. 368 (прийняття пропозиції, обіцянки або одержання неправомірної вигоди службовою особою) Кримінального кодексу, проводяться санкціоновані обшуки за місцем проживання фігурантів справи та в приміщеннях податкової інспекції та Фіскальної служби.
